Putxet Villa is a beautiful villa on top of the hill near Inca, in a green and rural setting, but so close to all the amenities of the big city.
It has a carport parking for 3 cars, a large brand new pool with measures 4x7m with bubble tub, loungers to enjoy the sun, the nature and silence.
The house features a bright living room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a spacious wood dining table, a second dinning room interior with access to the kitchen, fully equipped.
The rooms are on the first floor, all with air conditioning, one with double bed and open concept to get the charm of the stone walls.
The second bedroom next to the first, has 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower.
The use of the villa, as well as the pool is totally private, however the access road to the villa is shared with another house.
This villa is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing dream vacation, with the charm of a rural setting, close to the city.
If you need a baby cot or high chair, please let us know in advance.
The ECOTAX is included in the price.
To confirm the booking we request a deposit of 15% in advance. The balance is paid at arrival in cash, unless previously been agreed otherwise payment.
The villa will be available from 16.00hrs the day of your arrival. Early arrival is not recommended since this is when general maintenance service is carried out. Anyway, if you are due to arrive earlier, you can contact us, and we'll suggest you places to go shopping, have some meal, or even arrange an earlier arrival time.
ON DEPARTURE
On your departure day you should leave the villa before 10.00 a.m. As you may understand, we must have it prepared for the next guests. However, if you have a later flight please don’t hesitate to contact us, since we can take care of your personal belongings. In case the property is not being occupied, we may also arrange a later check-out time.
INTERNET
WiFi free of charge is available for our guests, by meaning that you can bring your laptop and stay connected throughout your whole stay.
TELEVISION
The villa has a television with TDT (terrestrial digital television) and Astra satellite.
SAFETY
Our villa is completely fenced and totally safe for children. It also has security doors and safe vaults.
Although Inca is a very low risky area, we recommend you to place all your valuable belongings in the safe, and not to carry them with you to the beach.
It is also important to ensure you that all doors and windows are correctly locked the moment you leave.
CLEANING
The villa has an utility room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, clothes line and all the cleaning material that may be needed to maintain the villa.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher to save you time to enjoy your holidays.
You'll find the villa in clean conditions and provided with sheets and towels (please bring your own beach towels).
As far as possible we request you to keep the villa clean and tidy during your whole stay.
If you need an external cleaning service you may order it with an extra charge of cost of 20€ per hour with a minimum of two hours per session.
Rubbish should be placed in specific bags at the containers located at the road for this purpose.
WATER
The scarcity of water in Majorca is a fact that should make us feel conscious about it and try not to waste it, so we would appreciate if you had it in mind.
Majorca's water is suitable for cooking but it is not recommended to drink it.

Town information
Located in the region of "Es Raiguer" in the interior of the island of Mallorca. Inca is among the first
cities of the island in terms of number of inhabitants only below Palma.
Historically the town had Talayotic settlements that followed inhabited during Roman times, until s. V.
In Islamic times it was called 'INKAN' and that there are still vestiges Arab presence, like the 'sinies', the 'qanats' or
'foggara' which were different systems to get the groundwater.
The rise of the town began in the early twentieth century when, favored by train and by installing a
gasworks, appeared the first factories of skin sector, mainly focused on footwear.
In Inca there is a large market every Thursday, considered one of the most important of Mallorca.
But the most noted market year is the "Dijous Bó" (Good Thursday) coinciding with fairs locality,
held in October celebrates the Sunday following the feast of Sant Lluc.

In the "cellers" Inca, wineries as restaurants, you can eat the typical regional food and some cookies
typical "cookies Inca" with the factory "Quely" as the most important. As for the monumental heritage of Inca,
emphasize the church "Santa Maria la mayor", the old "convent of Sant Domingo", the "Sant Francesc" and
the "Monastery of Sant Bartomeu".
Lloseta
Although Lloseta is an independent town, we have attached to the town of Inca due to its proximity and small
dimensions (it is the second smallest municipality in Mallorca),
Lloseta borders the municipalities of Inca, Binissalem, Alaró, Mancor de la Vall and Selva.
As Inca, it is in the Raiguer and much of its land is steep, with elevations up to 500 meters.
Forest area of the municipality exceeds 25 percent and pine occupies most of its length, followed by scrubland and alzinar.
There are many natural caves, among them are the "Cova des Corral de Porc", about 300 meters
length of "Fideicomís" and the "l'Avenc de sa Font des Vidre".
On our visit to Lloseta, we can not miss the "Oratorio del Coco" and the "Palacio de Ayamans"; the latter
was owned by King James I.
The Mallorcan banker Joan March acquired in 1927, parceling their land; this facilitated the growth of the town
urban. Their houses and gardens are open to the public, the scene of cultural events.
Until the late nineteenth century, Ayamans and Lloseta, were separated nuclei, starting from this date its expansion and annexation.

wir haben die Finca als Paar für 12 Tage genutzt. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, wurden von einem deutschsprachigen, netten jungen Mann in Inca zur Finca gebracht, der uns alles gezeigt hat. Die Finca ist in einem super Zustand, man konnte sogar den Gemüsegarten mit nutzen. Sehr privat, keiner guckt einem auf das Gelände. Als mal durch ein kleines Unwetter das Satellitenfernsehen ausfiel hat sich der Inhaber SOFORT drum gekümmert. Also wirklich richtig gut und nett. Man braucht natürlich einen Mietwagen um zu den Stränden zu gelangen, innerhalb von 25-40 Minuten ist man aber an super Stränden (Palma, Magaluf etc.). Wir können es sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

we stayed at Putxet in July 2015 and absolutely loved the villa. Booking with the Villas Comfort team was easy and communication was excellent.
On the day of arrival the directions to the villa were perfect and our sat nav brought us right to the door where Robert gave us the full tour.
Inca is a little quiet for anyone used to the more tourist led resorts and finding somewhere in to eat out was therefore a little tough (S'Angel is by far the best and most reasonable we tried). we might just be fussy though! We also missed the Inca festival by one week and the town may have been quiet in the run up to it's busy week. We just found Inca a little boring (sorry Inca residents!!).
However, the joy of a villa holiday is the ability to relax and be yourself in a home away from home and Villa Putxet definitely delivered on that on all fronts. The pool is excellent, villa facilities are perfect, the pace was clean, air con was awesome and working in every room in the house and you are out of town enough to have peace and quiet while close enough to walk down of an evening for dinner and a beer.
Would use Villas Comfort again in a heartbeat and would also happily coe back to Villa Putxet, and this is very much a personal thing, if only Inca itself was a little more 'lively'.
A great stay and thanks to Carlos, Robert and the team for looking after us.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Im Pool auch ein Jacuzzi vorhanden. Neue moderne Außendusche am Pool. Vermieter versorgten uns mit Obst und Gemüse. Unterkunft für Familie mit 2 Kindern gut geeignet.

Very nice, charming but fully equipped house, great pool, excellent views across the isle, centrally located. Sun all day from morning to evening, so great for sun lovers. However, limited shade available and only one bathroom, so really only useful for two people / adults.

Nous avons passé en famille un séjour agréable dans cette petite maison avec une vue panoramique sur Incas et sa région! Avec une mention particulère pour les proprétaires qui ont été adorables et charmants par leur accueil et leur disponibilité tout en nous offrant des légumes de leur jardin à l'arrivée et lors de notre séjour. Tout a été conforme à l'annonce et nous conseillons une voiture pour visiter la région et ses plages ou vilages aux alentours qui ne sont jamais très loin. Une maison au calme, avec une vue dégagée et sans vis à vis même de la piscine ! Un grand merci à Daria pour le suivi de la réservation !

We absolutely loved Villa Puxtet!!
Daria from Villascomfort provided all the information we needed and communication was great.
We were welcomed by the owners who were all so nice and were given a tour. The personal touches of water, fresh fruit and sweets for our kids made our first impressions fabulous.
We felt very at home and didn't want for anything!
We all loved the pool especially the blow up crocodile we named Christine :)
Inca is pretty central on the Island so it was perfect for our day trips where we visited north, east and south coasts.
We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this villa for families!

Es sieht alles wirklich genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos. Durch die dicken Mauern ist es im Haus angenehm kühl. Sehr abgelegen und ruhig, außer Vogelzwitschern hört man abends nichts mehr. Vermieter sind sehr nett und versorgen einen noch mit den Eiern der eigenen Hühner und Obst aus dem Garten.
