This lovely villa is located between the Bay of Alcudia and the beginning of Playas de Muro, just 5 minutes walking to the sandy beach of Alcudia. It is a beautiful beach 6 endless miles of white sand and crystal clear waters, perfect for small children as there is to go far into the water to cover . With all the services and activities nearby for fun as a couple or family .
Just a few minutes walk, we reached the main road where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, shopping, bars and much more .
It is a magnificent house set on two floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a large comfortable sofa, from which to enjoy the various channels offered by the satellite TV, DVB-T or a movie on the DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and utensils. It also has a laundry area, consisting of washer.
The property is equipped with AC in salon also in 2 bedrooms.
On the same floor there is a bathroom consisting of toilet, wash basin, bidet and bath. In addition to two bedrooms equipped with bunk beds and another one with en suite bathroom.
The home features a spacious outdoor living wealthy as living room, biga with wooden ceilings and fully glazed, resulting in a wonderful garden view.
The first floor consists of two rooms. One with double bed and bathroom en suite, with access to a balcony with views of the garden. The second, somewhat smaller is equipped with bunk beds.
The villa has parking. A large and beautiful garden will delight the little ones to play at home, or to relax or sunbath.
We have a ping pong table to enjoy this sport during your holidays.
Next to the private pool there is a chill -out zone, composed loungers and a Balinese bed design, which will get away safe and enjoy your well deserved vacation.
In another terrace house, near the pool, find a cozy corner with two chairs and a table, ideal for finishing a long day.
If you need a baby cot or high chair, please let us know in advance.
The ECOTAX is included in the price.
To confirm the booking we request 30% in advance. The balance is paid at arrival in cash, unless previously been agreed otherwise payment.
ON ARRIVAL
The villa will be available from 16.00hrs the day of your arrival. Early arrival is not recommended since this is when general maintenance service is carried out. Anyway, if you are due to arrive earlier, you can contact us, and we'll suggest you places to go shopping, have some meal, or even arrange an earlier arrival time.
ON DEPARTURE
On your departure day you should leave the villa before 10.00 a.m. As you may understand, we must have it prepared for the next guests. However, if you have a later flight please don’t hesitate to contact us, since we can take care of your personal belongings. In case the property is not being occupied, we may also arrange a later check-out time.
INTERNET
WiFi free of charge is available for our guests, by meaning that you can bring your laptop and stay connected throughout your whole stay.
TELEVISION
The villa has a television with TDT (terrestrial digital television) and Astra satellite as well as a DVD player.
SAFETY
Our villa is completely fenced and totally safe for children. It also has security doors and safe vaults.
Although Alcudia is a very low risky area, we recommend you to place all your valuable belongings in the safe, and not to carry them with you to the beach.
It is also important to ensure you that all doors and windows are correctly locked the moment you leave.
CLEANING
The villa has an utility room equipped with a washing machine, clothes line and all the cleaning material that may be needed to maintain the villa.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher to save you time to enjoy your holidays.
You'll find the villa in clean conditions and provided with sheets and towels (please bring your own beach towels).
As far as possible we request you to keep the villa clean and tidy during your whole stay.
If you need an external cleaning service you may order it with an extra charge of cost of 20€ per hour with a minimum of two hours per session.
Rubbish should be placed in specific bags at the containers located at the road for this purpose.
WATER
The scarcity of water in Majorca is a fact that should make us feel conscious about it and try not to waste it, so we would appreciate if you had it in mind.
Majorca's water is suitable for cooking but it is not recommended to drink it.

Alcanada Golf
This Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed 18-hole golf course opened in 2003. Situated in the northern part of the Mediterranean island of Majorca, Alcanada is located in Alcudia, right by the sea. The 6.499 meter long course blends naturally into the typical Majorcan terrain. The name giving island with its lighthouse, just off the shore, can be seen from most of the holes. Apart from the splendid sea view, the players are surrounded by pine and olive groves. Even though a young course, Alcanada is already recognized by a number of well known golf magazines and golf guides as one of the finest courses in Spain and Europe.

northeast of Mallorca, 54 Km. from Palma, is nestled on a peninsula that separates the bays of Alcudia and Pollença.

Alcúdia, the historical center and surroundings
The historic town of Alcúdia is the core of the borough of Alcúdia.
Within the medieval city people have been living for centuries and is still one of the most populated points
important. It is true that the walled Alcúdia is now too small to accommodate population growth and
successive migrations that have increased with the development of tourism from the 70s.
Therefore Alcúdia has been expanding its borders. Gradually have been reconverted tillage farms located
outside the walls in living areas able to accommodate population growth. Some of these areas
are currently urbanized S'Anglès, S'Hort de ses Barreres, Ca Na Saloma, Ca Na Ferrera and Sa Pilota
that have advanced in a figurative form the walls of Alcúdia.

Port d'Alcúdia, the beach to Alcanada
The other traditional inhabited area of Alcúdia is called Port d'Alcúdia and covers the area from
Alcudiamar Marina to Alcanada. Its epicenter was located in the small harbor where
fishermen for centuries. Its present appearance has changed the face of this place that has been modernized
never forgetting his humble origins.
In the 50s the traditional life of this place was altered with the construction of the power plant
GESA (you can still see its structure) and the adjacent village of GESA. This became the time on a
strong demographic and labor momentum increased with the expansion of the commercial port.
Following the coastline to the north we find Alcanada, a residential area of chalets, quiet
and select which today is the same booming with the construction in 2004 of a golf course with 18 holes.

Platja d'Alcúdia, the coastline to Platja de Muro
The Platja d'Alcúdia is the zone that most quickly has developed and which reckons
possibilities to follow this path. Just four decades ago this area was virtually uninhabited,
occupied by the beach, dune area and farming land. With the tourism and real estate development has been

La villa est tout à fait conforme aux photos . C'est une très belle villa très bien décorée et spacieuse avec 2 salons . La maison est conçue de façon qu'il est facile de s'isoler même si on est nombreux; Il y a un grand jardin où il est très agréable de faire des grillades et d'y passer la soirée

Le responsable de la villa nous a très bien accueilli et a répondu à toutes nos attentes . C'est un séjour à refaire. C'est avec regret que nous sommes partis

Det har fungerat bra i kommunikationen innan vistelsen och vid ankomst och avfärd. Däremellan har vi inte haft kontakt. Vid ankomst fanns en representant där och visade oss allt det nödvändiga i huset och berättade om närmsta mataffär etc. Huset och trädgården är som på bilder och beskrivning, praktiskt och trevligt. Vi var 8 personer varav 3 barn, större delen av vistelsen och det fungerade jättebra, trots att det inte var det bästa vädret, tidigt på säsongen och kallt både ute och inne. Tre badrum gör livet mkt enklare och huset kändes rymligt med många chanser att dra sig tillbaka ibland. Det fanns bra med filtar och bra elektriska element. Nackdelen om många element var på samtidigt, så gick det säkringar. En annan nackdel var att det var smutsig disk i köksskåpen då vi kom. Köket är ok men inte det mest praktiska. En annan sak som inte är en direkt nackdel men kan vara begränsande om man t ex har funktionshinder, är den branta trappan till övervåningen, som var utan räcke. I övrigt var det rent och fräscht överallt, smidigt med diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Läget är utmärkt. Lugna villakvarter men ändå nära till strand och nära till en större riktigt bra mataffär på 10 min promenadavstånd. Även flera restauranter nära. Trädgården har många platser att sitta eller ligga på, man kan flytta runt alltefter hur man vill ha sol/skugga, och söka lä om det är blåsigt. Tack vare häck eller liknande staket var det helt insynsskyddat. Poolen var fräsch men för kall första veckan i april. Vi hade stor glädje av "uterummet" som är rymligt och inbjuder till trevliga långa middagar där alla får plats om kvällen är kall som det var för oss. Det är ljust och trevligt och fanns ett element även här samt en fungerande kamin . Vi var generellt nöjda med huset och vistelsen.

Värden var tillmötesgående med att vi anlände tidigare än planerat. Vi fick utan problem tillgång till huset före utsatt tid. Vi fick även en grundlig genomgång kring hur allt fungerar i huset.

+Daria from Villa Comfort was helpful and quick to reply to whatever questions we had. + The house is awesome for a family with kids that would like to combine the access to the beautiful beach in Alcudia as well as some privacy with swimming pool of their own. - The house is similar to what one can see in the pictures but "the finish" is not entirely as expected. At arrival we experienced a smell from the drain in the kitchen and in two of the bathrooms. It was reduced with time and with support from Daria but it was not a good start. Overall a good experience!

Hervorragende Unterkunft und sehr gut gelegen. Alles, was man braucht ist bereits vor Ort oder kann im nächstgelegenen Supermarkt (zu Fuß ca. 10min) besorgt werden. Sehr positiv ist hervorzuheben, dass das Haus und der Garten sauber und gepflegt sind. Diese Unterkunft erhält eine glatte Empfehlung.

The place looks almost the same as the pictures or even better. Great layout and rooms size. It's found on a perfect location - all you need is walking distance, if you like to walk - on a very quiet neighborhood. Kudos to the host (Daria).

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our youngsters (between 12 and 21 years old) and we had a wonderful time. This house is very comfortable, it is furnished with love and we felt at home from the very first day. The house is big enough allowing privacy for all of us, all was clean and in a good shape. We spent many hours in the pool, which was perfect and maintained twice a week. For all questions und issues, there was Daria helping us all around the clock. Top Service – thank you.
If you want to enjoy and relax: this is the place for it! We only can recommend this villa and hope to come back one time.

A great place for a family holiday. 5 min to a children friendly beach. A nice pool and outdoor area to play. Nice setup for two couples with children. Two rooms with bathroom upstars, two rooms with bathroom downstars. The villa is great, but guest should be aware that this part of Alcudia has known better times...

The care taker of the property was really helpful and always available (WhatsApp) to answer/help. The property is fabulous with all the amenities available and with a big garden and a swimming pool (We couldn't use it coz it was little too cold for a swim). The location is also great, a short walk to the nearby Alcudia beach (one of the recommended beaches in Mallorca). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

Villa was great for 2 families with 2 small kids each. Great location.great host. We asked for a few extras which were quickly accommodated. Thank you Daria for all your help. Small issue: smell of humidity in upstairs bedroom and kitchen cabinets. Should be looked into Everything else was great. We were very comfortable and would definitely come back.

De ruimte in en rondom het huis; Het zwembad, iedere kamer heeft eigen badgedeelte! Alles is zeer netjes en modern!
De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, oven. Af en toe miste ik wat klein materiaal bv. schaar, klopper.
